Alloh has promised Paradise to His servants who remain patient. The better a person is, the higher the rank of Paradise prepared for him. Surely, all the pleasures of Paradise are not granted freely without effort. There is a “price” to be paid, and that price is patience in facing the trials that Alloh decrees.

In fact, the better a person is, the more Alloh will test him. This is in accordance with the saying of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ:
Whoever Alloh intends good for, He tests him. (Narrated by al-Bukhari)
This hadith serves as evidence that trials are a sign of goodness that Alloh intends for His servant. This includes our brothers and sisters in Palestine. Through such severe trials, Alloh is preparing for them a high rank in Paradise.

The Messenger of Alloh Muhammad ﷺ also said:
Indeed, the greatness of the reward is proportional to the greatness of the trial. (Narrated by at-Tirmidhi)
When viewed from its true nature, this worldly life is essentially a place of testing. Alloh says in the Qur’an:
الَّذِي خَلَقَ الْمَوْتَ وَالْحَيَاةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا
(Alloh) is the One who created death and life to test you as to which of you is best in deeds. (Surah al-Mulk: 2)
Therefore, it is natural that no one in this world is free from trials; everyone will experience them. These trials are what determine how deserving a person is of his rank in Paradise later on.
The true recompense will only be fully seen in the Hereafter. Muslims who believe and perform righteous deeds will experience true happiness in Paradise, without the slightest suffering. As Alloh says:
وَبَشِّرِ ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ أَنَّ لَهُمۡ جَنَّـٰتࣲ تَجۡرِی مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَـٰرُۖ كُلَّمَا رُزِقُوا۟ مِنۡهَا مِن ثَمَرَةࣲ رِّزۡقࣰا قَالُوا۟ هَـٰذَا ٱلَّذِی رُزِقۡنَا مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَأُتُوا۟ بِهِۦ مُتَشَـٰبِهࣰاۖ وَلَهُمۡ فِیهَاۤ أَزۡوَ ٰجࣱ مُّطَهَّرَةࣱۖ وَهُمۡ فِیهَا خَـٰلِدُونَ
And give glad tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that for them are Gardens beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with fruit therefrom as provision, they will say, ‘This is what we were provided with before.’ And they will be given it in resemblance. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein forever. (Surah al-Baqarah: 25)
